We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment. This can be paid online or in person. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Absolutely! We welcome custom designs and will work with you to create the perfect tattoo. You can bring your own artwork, describe your idea, or we can help you design something unique.
